Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and providing personalized beauty advice to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, approach, and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products (skincare, makeup, fragrances, or haircare).
- Provide product demonstrations and share application techniques where appropriate.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and testers are clean and presentable.
- Handle cashiering duties accurately (if required).
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Follow company grooming standards to represent the brand professionally.
- Stay updated with beauty trends, new launches, and promotions.
Requirements
- Prior retail or beauty experience preferred (skincare/makeup/beauty industry an advantage).
- Strong passion for beauty and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
