Temp Patient Service Associate
- Location: Central
- 5 day work week / Office hours
- 6 months contract (renewable)
- Salary : $11 per hour

Job Responsibilities
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assists with clarifications
- Performs proper patient check in accurately and discharge them timely based on orders
- Assist with appointment call reminders
- Assist with scheduling of appointments
- Manage patient’s bill – Medisave / PMI verification
- Ensures that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely
- Ensures general housekeeping cleanliness of counters and workstations are maintained
- Ensures safe handling of patients’ privacy and data confidentiality
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
- Candidates with 1 year of customer service experiences
- IT Savvy
