We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clubhouse, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Handle cash transactions
- Manage clubhouse membership and booking systems
- Oversee locker administration
- Process stationery orders
Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate courses and meetings
- Manage hall/court bookings
- Oversee poolside activities and events
Proshop Sales & Inventory:
- Manage sales and inventory in the proshop
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of clubhouse facilities
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and manage bookings efficiently
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Comfortable working rotating shifts on weekdays and weekends
