Clinic Assistant
- Trusted Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Clinics
- Various outlets
- 5 day work week including weekends & public holidays
- Working Hours: 1000hrs - 2100hrs with 2 hours of breaks in between
- Salary up to $3,500 + AWS
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
- Attend to enquiry via phone calls
- Schedule patient’s appointment
- Process invoice and payment collections
- Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels
- Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
- To perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min GCE "O" level or equivalent
- Possess basic IT knowledge
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
