Production Operator (Assembly/Packing)

🏭 Semiconductor / Cleanroom Environment
Shift Timings
12hr Permanent Dayshift or Nightshift
Working Days: 14-17 days per month. (Work 4 days off 3 days, Work 3 days off 4 days)
- Dayshift: 8.00am – 8.15pm
- Nightshift: 8.00pm – 8.15am
Salary & Benefits
- Gross monthly up to S$4,000 with shift incentives & OT
- Salary commensurate with qualification & experience

Job Responsibilities
- Perform packing, labeling and simple assembly work in cleanroom environment
- Pack hardware components (screws, washers, fittings, etc.)
- Pack parts and perform double packing for protection and shipment requirements
- Paste labels and identification stickers accurately on parts and materials
- Perform minor assembly or dismantling of connectors and simple components
- Follow SOP, safety, and quality requirements strictly
- Maintain good housekeeping and discipline in production area
Requirements
- N/O Level, NITEC or equivalent
- Fresh candidates from schools are welcome to apply
- Basic computer skills – able to send emails and perform simple computer tasks
- Able to perform shift work
- Comfortable working in cleanroom environment
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work in a team
