Job Responsibilities：

· Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities

· Assist in coordinating on-site operations, including customer service and floor support

· Carry out basic administrative and operational tasks as assigned

· Support promotional activities, on-site recruitment, and simple marketing initiatives when required

· Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational requirements are met

· Monitor operational issues and report to supervisors promptly

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace rules

· Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements：

· Minimum Secondary School or equivalent qualification

· No prior working experience required; training will be provided

· Willing to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays (24-hour operation)

· Able to communicate in basic English; Mandarin is an advantage

· Positive working attitude, responsible, and willing to learn

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

· Comfortable with on-site and hands-on operational work

· Physically fit to stand and move during working hours

·Able to follow company policies, procedures, and instructions
