Membership Consultant (Full-time)

What You'll Do
• Engage prospective members through walk-ins, referrals, enquiries and outreach activities
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable membership solutions
• Conduct club tours and deliver an exceptional sales experience
• Build strong relationships with prospects and members
• Achieve individual sales KPIs and contribute to club targets
• Support club events, campaigns and promotions
• Work closely with the club team to deliver an outstanding member experience
What We're Looking For
âś… Strong communication and interpersonal skills
âś… Self-motivated and target-driven
âś… Passion for sales and customer engagement
âś… Comfortable working towards sales KPIs
âś… Positive attitude and willingness to learn
âś… Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or telemarketing is an advantage
âś… Able to work weekends and public holidays
No fitness industry experience? No problem. Training will be provided.
