What we offer:
- $2,500 - $3,000 (Depend on package and role)
- Variable bonus
- 44hrs per week
- On-the-job-training
Responsibilities:
- Front desk administrative duties (i.e. registration of patients/dispensing of medication)
- Cashier duties
- Schedule medical appointments
- Assist doctors (i.e. chaperone/procedures)
Requirements:
- IT literacy for administrative duties
- Good communication skills/ Customer service skills
- Stay near clinic
- No experience necessary, training provided
- Commit 1 year or longer (preferred)
Job Roles available:
Full time Clinic Assistant and/or Admin Executive:
- $15 to $16 per hour (depending on experience)
- work 44 hours per week. Fixed working hours inclusive of some nights and weekend shifts
- Gross pay of $2.5k - $3.0k per month
- Quick and significant pay rise within a few months
Part time Clinic Assistant
- $15 to $16 per hour (depending on experience)
- Must be able to work 3 nights (6.30pm to 9pm) and 1 weekend morning (8.30am to 1pm) each week.
