We’re looking for dedicated and caring KCare programme staff to nurture K1 & K2 children (5–6 years old). If you have a passion for working with young learners and a warm, patient personality, we’d love to hear from you!
📍 Available Locations:
Woodlands, Yishun, Sembawang, Sengkang, Punggol, Choa Chu Kang, Pasir Ris, Tampines
🕒 Working Hours (Full-Time):
- Rotating shifts: 7am–4:30pm or 9:30am–7pm (selected locations)
- Fixed shift: 10am–7pm (school term only, selected locations)
⏰ WORKING DAYS AND HOURS (FULL TIMERS):
Monday to Friday .
💼 JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure safety & health standards.
• Manage children during arrival, dismissal, transition, meals, cleaning, toileting & rest time.
• Conduct KCare modular programme . *DAILY Lesson Plans Provided!
• Manage & interact patiently with children
• Work closely with stakeholders, colleagues & parents/guardians.
• Handle emergencies, administer first aid, where applicable.
• Other ad hoc duties (including admin) given by supervisor or manager.
📝 REQUIREMENTS :
1. Pass ECDA Pre employment Medical Checkup
2. The candidates should have a
• Student Care EC (Early Childhood) course issued by NIEC Or
• ECDA-recognized qualifications ( CECCE or higher)
OR
- O levels & a pass in English Language (at least a C6) or
- other qualifications but with Workplace Literacy Series (WPL) (SOA 6; Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing). While this role is a rewarding one, it also comes with the expectation and demands at work. Applicants should have the fitness and patience to manage children and conduct meaningful activities and programmes.
