We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on F&B Supervisor / Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant and lead the team in delivering excellent food quality, service standards and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Assist the Restaurant/Assistant Manager in managing daily outlet operations, service standards and manpower
📌 Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve high standards of service and performance
📌 Ensure smooth opening, service, shift handover and closing operations
📌 Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
📌 Drive upselling and support the achievement of daily/monthly sales targets
📌 Monitor staff grooming, attendance, performance and compliance with SOPs
📌 Assist with staff training, rostering, inventory and stock control where required
📌 Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards comply with SFA requirements
📌 Ensure all operational checklists and company SOPs are followed
📌 Perform other duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements
📌 Minimum 2–3 years of relevant F&B/restaurant supervisory or management experience
📌 Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
📌 Customer-focused, positive and service-oriented
📌 Hands-on, responsible and able to work well under pressure
📌 Good team player with strong problem-solving skills
📌 Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
📌 Valid Food Safety Course (Level 1 & 3) certification will be an advantag📢Candidates will be assessed based on their experience and may be offered the most suitable position.
