We’re looking for a bartender who cares as much about the person across the bar as what goes into the glass.
The basics
- Chip Bee Gardens or our new concept in the Singapore Botanic Gardens
- Full-time, $2,300 to $3,500 per month, depending on experience
- 44 hours across 5 days a week
- Staff meals and late-night transport
What you’ll do
- Prepare cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks to house standards
- Give warm service and honest recommendations
- Keep the bar clean, organised and ready for service
- Help maintain stock and minimise wastage
- Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams
What we’re looking for
- Experience preferred, but not essential. We’ll train the right person
- Solid fundamentals and consistent execution
- Calm, reliable and team-first
- Low ego, no drama, happy to pitch in
- Curious and keen to learn
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays
Learn the drinks from the people who make them
HNHG works closely with Distillius, our Singapore craft distillery working with equatorial botanicals and locally made spirits.
You’ll learn the range through tastings and training, including what goes into making the drinks and why.
