About the Role
MyChirocare is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our upcoming new team as a Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant.

You will play an important role in creating a warm and positive patient experience while supporting the chiropractors to maintain clinic operation. Your proactive attitude and initiative will play a pivotal role in ensuring the clinic run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service
Answer phone calls and emails
Manage patient flow and appointments
Check patients in and out and handle payments/transactions
Assist the chiropractors with day-to-day clinic operations
Prepare and ensure the clinic is clean, organised and presentable
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

Responsible, proactive and takes initiative
Genueine interest in patient care
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
Basic computer skills
No experience required — full training will be provided
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or clinic settings is a plus
