Our retail stores specialise in plush toys, gifts, collectibles and lifestyle products, featuring popular brands such as Jellycat and other exciting international brands.
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team at Plaza Singapura , Bugis and Changi Airport.
What we're looking for:
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers)
- We are looking for a young, energetic female candidate who has a genuine passion for plush toys
- A strong interest in toys and knowledge of branded toys would be an added advantage
- Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic when interacting with customers
What you'll do:
- Greet and assist customers, recommend suitable products
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Monitor stock levels and restock shelves
- Support promotional events and in-store setups
- Handle cashiering and transactions accurately
- Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What we need from you:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys helping others
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team
- Physically able to handle light stocking and display setup
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays (on rotation)
Working hours & location:
- 5-day work week (including weekends & public holidays on rotation)
- Locations: Plaza Singapura, Bugis，Changi Airport
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: S$2,500–S$2,800
- Annual performance bonus, based on individual performance and company performance
- 14 days of annual leave
