Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure complete documentation of procedure and maintenance work
  • Review service reports and escalate any finding or action that is required
  • Investigate and determine root cause of faults and report
  • Involve in the overall maintenance of the buildings, technical inspection and audits
  • Manage and guide a team of Technicians in attending to breakdown calls.
  • Be part of the team to management energy saving and initiatives.
  • Provide best practices in engineering maintenance to achieve a safer environment for patients, staff and visitors

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Estates Management)
  • Minimum of five (5) years working experience with minimum three (3) years’ experience in supervision works.
  • Pro-active, ability to prioritize work and achieve desired result
  • Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and have a good understanding of critical workflow
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days work week
  • Able to response and mobilize on site in the event whereby the breakdown requires after office hours and/or weekends.
