We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our fast-paced nightlife operation, drive service excellence, keep the energy high and deliver a great customer experience while managing team performance, costs and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, consistent service.
Lead, motivate and develop the team while managing manpower, scheduling, performance and labour costs.
Recruit, train and coach staff to maintain a strong team.
Drive excellent customer service, satisfaction and retention.
Monitor sales, P&L, operating costs and profitability, and implement cost-control measures.
Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, cash handling and POS procedures.
Conduct operational and service quality checks and ensure compliance with company, safety, hygiene and regulatory standards.
Identify operational issues, manage risks and implement practical improvements.
Work with management and other departments on reporting, initiatives and business development.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of relevant F&B, bar, club or hospitality experience, with proven staff management experience.
Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
Good understanding of operations, inventory, labour and cost control.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making and customer service skills.
Energetic, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, late-night environment.
Minimum ‘O’ Level with good English proficiency and working knowledge of POS/operational systems.
