Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults in cranes (crawler cranes and telehandlers), bomb lifts, scissor lifts, generators, and other heavy equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize equipment downtime.
- Repair and service engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, electrical systems, and structural components.
- Troubleshoot diesel- and gasoline-powered generator systems, including alternators, control panels, and fuel systems.
- Calibrate and test equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience servicing cranes, generators, and other heavy construction equipment.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes.
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving's license.
