Pastry Chef / Pastry Supervisor
💰 Salary
- Up to $3,500 per month
- Basic Salary: $3,000 per month
- Fixed Allowance: $50 per month
🕒 Working Hours
- 5-day work week
- Rotating shifts based on operational requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise and support the daily operations of the pastry kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Support menu development and seasonal product launches.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Experience in pastry production, baking, or kitchen operations is preferred.
- Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
- Passion for pastry preparation and delivering high-quality products.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Candidates with relevant culinary qualifications are welcome to apply.
