📍 Location: Tuas Area
💰 Salary: Up to $3,500 (based on experience)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels based on consumption trends.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate records in SAP.
- Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure timely updates of shipping information.
- Verify invoices and shipping documents to support goods receiving activities.
- Manage cross-trade shipments and coordinate with stakeholders for direct customer deliveries.
- Process vendor-related claims and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain accurate material master data in SAP (e.g. HS codes, lead times, standard lengths).
- Ensure purchasing operations comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Prepare reports and support ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Materials Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools will be an advantage.
