Ipanema World Music Bar is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead our energetic service crew team, ensuring smooth operations and a fun, seamless guest experience where live music meets great food.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee smooth floor operations with the Front of House team, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Coordinate service to deliver efficient food and drink orders while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally, including work-related matters fairly
- Lead, motivate, and support the team, including on-the-job training and daily guidance
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and support inventory control with Logistics and Procurement
- Support managers with service excellence through staff feedback, standard enforcement, administrative tasks, scheduling, and resolving complex guest issues

- Strong communication skills for staff and management interaction
- Proactive problem-solver who ensures smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Adaptable and maintains composure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture
Required Academic Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum "O" Level with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English.
- Prior supervisory experience within hospitality industry
Work Environment: Primarily based at our establishment, with occasional support at sister outlets if required.
