- Conduct group classes and one-on-one training sessions, ensuring participants perform exercises safely and effectively while maintaining high levels of engagement and motivation.
- Assess members' fitness levels, goals, and capabilities to develop suitable exercise programs and provide recommendations that support their health and wellness objectives.
- Monitor members' progress, provide coaching and encouragement, and make adjustments to training plans to help individuals achieve their desired results.
- Assist members on the gym floor by demonstrating proper exercise techniques, correcting form, and providing guidance on the safe use of equipment.
- Support member onboarding by conducting gym orientations, explaining equipment usage, and helping new members become familiar with available programs and services.
- Promote personal training services, wellness programs, and club activities while building strong relationships with members to enhance retention and overall satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized training environment by adhering to safety procedures, maintaining equipment standards, and supporting daily operational requirements.
