A Section Manager is responsible for overseeing a designated section of the store, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and team performance. This role supports the Store in Charge in driving operational objectives while providing leadership and guidance to Supervisors and Crew members.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, coach, and support Supervisors and Crew members to achieve operational and service excellence.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and training to develop Supervisors and Crew members.
- Ensure food and beverage preparation processes comply with company quality, safety, and presentation standards.
- Handle escalated customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery situations in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor section performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations in line with statutory guidelines.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Supervise and monitor staff performance, providing guidance and support to enhance team effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory usage, stock levels, and wastage control

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry (experience in Japanese cuisine will be an added advantage).
- Quality-driven with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop team members.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
