**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Adviser to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and creating memorable shopping experiences for our diverse clientele in Singapore's vibrant retail environment.
**Job Description**
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a personalised shopping experience
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product knowledge and persuasive communication skills
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well-organised and properly stocked
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle customer enquiries, exchanges, and returns professionally
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum Secondary or equivalent qualification
• Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during peak periods
