Driver & Fleet Management

  • Manage driver leave and roster scheduling
  • Plan and oversee daily delivery operations and dispatch schedules
  • Monitor driver locations and routes via GPS tracking system
  • Maintain close, regular communication with drivers to support daily operations
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Manage vehicle fleet: maintenance scheduling, servicing, and repairs
  • Track road tax, insurance, and vehicle inspection renewals
  • Monitor fuel usage and vehicle mileage
  • Handle incident/accident reporting and follow-up
  • Ensure drivers comply with company safety and conduct policies

Sales

  • Support order follow-up and coordination between customers and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with clients on delivery-related requests and issues
  • Assist the sales team with basic account coordination as needed
