**Job Summary**
HERMETISE, a dynamic boutique beauty brand, seeks passionate Premium Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst promoting our cutting-edge skincare products. **Job Description**
• Engage customers to understand beauty needs and provide expert, tailored product recommendations and demonstrations
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service and thoughtful follow-ups
• Process transactions efficiently, maintain an organised store environment, and stay current with industry trends
**Job Requirements**
• Proven sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail sectors
• Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills with natural ability to build rapport with diverse customers
