What You’ll Own
You are the key driver of revenue and performance.
- Confidently close high-ticket aesthetic packages
- Hit and exceed personal and outlet sales targets
- Plan daily sales strategy and push team performance
- Lead, guide, and hold the team accountable to KPIs
- Build strong after-sales relationships for repeat and referral business
At the same time:
- Deliver treatments across face, skin, body, and scalp
- Recommend the right solutions with confidence
- Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and returns
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 10AM – 8PM
- Saturday: 10AM – 6PM
- Flexible 5 or 6-day work week
