What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to create a great café experience
- Handle cashiering and orders accurately
- Prepare food and drinks to café standards
- Recommend add-ons to boost the customer experience
- Keep stock levels in check and displays well-organized
- Maintain a clean, neat seating and service area
- Work towards personal sales targets
You’ll Fit Right In If You Are
- Possess a Food Hygiene Certification
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Friendly, confident, and enjoy talking to people
- Motivated with a positive, service-first attitude
- A good communicator with an outgoing personality
