About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Project Coordinator (marketing) to support the coordination and smooth execution of our digital marketing projects.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who are organised, comfortable with coordination and client profile management, and interested in gaining valuable experience in the digital marketing industry.
No prior industry experience required – training will be provided
What You'll Do
- Coordinate digital marketing project activities, resources and information
- Support client management and communication, including responding to client requests and providing project updates
- Track project tasks, timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Follow up with internal teams on outstanding tasks and action items
- Document key actions and decisions from meetings
- Coordinate and communicate project updates with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and highlight any issues or delays
- Assist with organising project-related files and information
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the team as required
- Ensure projects and assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
- Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks
- Basic knowledge of file management and administrative procedures
Additional Information
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Location: Ubi Techpark
- Salary: $2,000 – $3,200 per month
- Eligibility: Applicants must be currently eligible to work in Singapore without employer-sponsored work pass arrangements.
