Scope of Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Provide professional analysis, consultation, and advice to customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
  • Perform facial treatments for customers
  • Handle customer requests, enquiries, and concerns professionally
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Manage client enquiries, appointment bookings, and reception of clients upon arrival
  • Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and treatment effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Candidates with relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills are welcome to apply
  • Possession of a Professional Certificate / NiTEC / CIBTAC / ITEC in Beauty and Skincare is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 11am-9pm, Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm.
