Job Duties:
- Practice high standard of integrity in the daily operation of the business.
- Maintain equipment, uniforms and stores to comply with ISS standards and government legislation.
- Develop good working relationships with clients and colleagues and to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Perform table clearing and dishwashing duties as assigned in the duty roster.
- Perform all aspects of kitchen and dining room cleaning including washrooms, refrigeration units, griddle, exhausts hood, pots and pans as and when required.
- Wash and dry all soiled dishes, cutleries, utensils, pots, pans or cooking equipment using dishwasher or by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Keeping any food trolleys or food preparation surfaces clean at all times.
- Sweep, scrub floors, clean garbage cans with water or steam.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- To wear hair nets and plastic gloves whilst preparing food and drinks for consumption.
- To wash up cups, plates and cutlery in conjunction with their serving duties.
- Monitor all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and ensure compliance to ENV regulations.
Job Requirement
- Prior experience in kitchen, catering, food service, housekeeping, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food hygiene practices.
Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 7.00am – 4.00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2.30pm – 11.30pm
Transport: Transport will be provided for the afternoon shift, 2-3 days per week
