Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Cook & Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team in Singapore. In this role, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
Job Description:
ā¢ Assist superior during service and kitchen operations
ā¢ Oversee daily food preparation and cooking to maintain quality and consistency
ā¢ Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and facilitate teamwork across stations
ā¢ Help design and develop menus, researching new dishes and updating existing options
Job Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen
ā¢ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
ā¢ Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
ā¢ Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines
ā¢ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
