Day Shift
- Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
- Saturday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Night Shift
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday: Off
💼 Job Responsibilities
📦 Accurate data entry into WMS system
📞 Handle customer enquiries and provide order updates
🚚 Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
📊 Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory audits
📝 Manage warehouse documentation and filing
📦 Support daily picking, packing, and logistics operations
🌏 Assist with permit declarations and import/export documentation
🛃 Support customs clearance coordination and shipment compliance
🤝 Liaise with drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
🎯 Job Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year of warehousing/logistics experience
✅ Familiar with WMS or inventory management systems
✅ Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Singaporeans only
