Job Responsibilities
- Attend to patients and handle enquiries.
- Register patients and schedule appointments.
- Process payments.
- Dispense medicines according to doctor's or physician's instructions.
- Assist with daily clinic operations.
- Keep the clinic clean and organised.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum N/O Levels, NITEC, or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
