Key Area Responsibilities
- Report to the Store Supervisor and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Receive, organize, and store incoming materials, and coordinate the dispatch of outgoing finished goods.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices through adherence to 5S standards and ensure stock cards are updated accurately and promptly.
- Ensure accurate kitting of materials to support production requirements.
- Assist with the delivery and shipment of finished goods, verifying that all required documentation is complete and accurate before dispatch.
- Participate in stock-taking activities and promptly report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
Requirements
- O Level or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
- Comply with company policies, safety requirements, and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
