Job Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, safety briefings, toolbox meetings and EHS training.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with WSH and regulatory requirements.
- Identify safety issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain safety documentation, inspection records and prepare monthly safety reports.
- Ensure lifting equipment and electrical equipment are properly inspected and documented.
- Assist with workplace accident/incident investigations.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and the WSH team on safety matters.
- Monitor workers' training requirements and arrange relevant course enrolments.
- Assist with worker recruitment, onboarding, orientation and offboarding where required.
- Perform other site, WSH and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health is required.
- Degree / Diploma in WSH or equivalent.
- Able to work 6 days per week at project sites (Serangoon NEX / VivoCity).
- Knowledge of WSH practices, risk management and regulatory requirements.
- Able to conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings and safety training.
- Good communication and coordination skills with contractors, workers and project teams.
- Able to handle WSH documentation and worker-related administrative matters.
