Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple small-scale projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure project activities are completed according to agreed scope, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
- Follow up closely with contractors and internal teams to resolve project issues and avoid delays.
- Attend project and site meetings with customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules, and meeting records.
- Coordinate project handover and ensure outstanding matters are properly closed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering or project management experience.
- Experience in warehouse automation, material handling, industrial automation, engineering, or related projects will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience coordinating site installation, testing, commissioning, contractors, and customers.
- Good project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Able to work independently and start within short notice.
- Based in Singapore and comfortable travelling to local project sites when required.
