About the role
Identify and develop new business opportunities for cleaning services and manpower outsourcing. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, tenders, and client visits. Meet prospective clients, conduct site visits, understand requirements, and prepare quotations and proposals. Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts with clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Key responsibilities

- Meet prospective clients, conduct site visits, understand requirements, and prepare quotations and proposals
- Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales leads to secure new contracts
- Identify opportunities for contract renewal, upselling, and additional manpower deployment
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and provide regular updates to management
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years' experience in business development, cleaning services, facilities management, manpower outsourcing, or a related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client management skills
