We are hiring under RE headcount!

Location: Alps Avenue (2 way co. tpt provided)
Co. tpt @ AMK MRT / Bedok MRT / Tanah Merah / Pasir Ris / Seng Kang / Punggol / Tampines)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Employment Type: Contract, 3 months
Salary: SGD 2,300 per month

About the Opportunity

We are looking for Admin Assistants to join the Air Freight department on a min 3-month contract, supporting day-to-day operational and administrative functions.

No prior experience is required — on-the-job guidance will be provided to help you get up to speed quickly with the team's processes and systems.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide general administrative support to the Air Freight operations team
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintenance of shipment-related records
  • Support day-to-day coordination between internal teams
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Basic proficiency with MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Able to commit to the full 3-month contract period, Monday to Friday
