- Make outbound calls to partners to promote initiative
- Engage and encourage participation.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, participation, and operational activities.
- Manage sticker inventory and keep stock records up to date.
- Support sticker installation on vehicles when needed, including covering for the installation team.
- Perform basic data entry and system updates.
- Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum N-Level qualification, with relevant work experience preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with occasional hands-on work.
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to learn and use new systems and applications.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
