🎯 What You'll Do
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring the best possible outcome.
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of customer engagement across the sales floor.
- Ensure team members maintain professional grooming and presentation standards in line with company guidelines.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer service measurement tools, including the Observation Checklist programme.
Sales & Commercial Performance
- Support the achievement and delivery of store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor team performance and customer service levels to maximize sales opportunities.
- Drive the effective use of in-store technology, including kiosks and digital devices, to provide customers with access to the full product range.
Training & Development
- Support the onboarding, induction, and training of new team members.
- Assist in coaching and developing existing staff to improve performance and career progression.
- Ensure team members complete required training modules, assessments, and development programs.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on growth, accountability, and success.
