Service Crew
*Singaporeans & PR Only*

Description

We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our team. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and able to perform in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to customer service, cleanliness, hygiene, and teamwork. Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage, although comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve food orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery customers.
Prepare beverages and side items according to company standards. Ensure food and beverages are served accurately and efficiently.

Customer Service
Attend to customer enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Deliver a positive dining experience through quality service.
Assist in serving meals during service hours.

Operations & Shift Duties
Carry out opening and closing procedures, including shift handover duties.
Ensure daily operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Support smooth restaurant operations.

Cleanliness & Food Safety
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Clean and upkeep counters, chillers, ice bins, beverage equipment, and dining areas.
Dispose of waste properly to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Inventory & Stock Management
Replenish sauces, cutlery, and other supplies.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.

Compliance & Reporting
Report any incidents, safety concerns, or operational issues to the Duty Manager immediately.
Follow company policies, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.
