Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Executive cum Admin to support our sales activities while handling day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Hotel F&B and Housekeeping sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Handle general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, emails, phone inquiries, and document management.
• Provide administrative support to management as required.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience
(Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply)
• Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
