SECURITY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Supervise the Data Centre Security Team (DCST) and ensure all assigned duties are carried out according to site requirements
- Monitor and review daily security operations and team performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of professionalism, grooming, conduct and security culture
- Provide daily and weekly operational updates and reports to the Security Operations Manager (SOM)
- Lead and support the security team during daily operations, incidents, emergencies and escalations
- Ensure all security posts are properly manned in accordance with required guarding standards and provide relief support when necessary
- Ensure Post Orders (POs), site procedures and security requirements are strictly followed
- Ensure all incidents, emergencies and operational issues are properly reported, escalated and managed
- Oversee proper shift and post handovers at the Guardhouse, Reception and SOC
- Follow up on operational observations and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly
- Ensure all security personnel comply with uniform and site standards
- Support team training, engagement and operational readiness where required
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid PLRD licence with a minimum PWM rank of Senior Security Supervisor
- Monitor and Review Security Operations certified
- 1 notification available
Working Hours:
- 4-day work week, with off days based on roster
- Rotating day and night shifts
