Key Responsibilities
Shift & Floor Supervision
ā¢ Oversee daily front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
ā¢ Ensure smooth table turnover, timely service, and coordination between service and kitchen teams.
ā¢ Follow and enforce opening and closing procedures.
Team Support & Leadership
ā¢ Supervise and guide service team.
ā¢ Provide hands-on support during busy service periods.
ā¢ Assist with on-the-job training of new team members.
ā¢ Ensure team members follow service standards and appearance guidelines.
Ā Guest Service
ā¢ Ensure all guests receive attentive, professional, and courteous service.
ā¢ Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly and effectively.
ā¢ Maintain a visible presence on the floor to monitor guest satisfaction.
Operational Support
ā¢ Assist with cash handling, billing, and POS operations.
ā¢ Help manage inventory levels and inform management of low stock or issues.
ā¢ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards on the floor.
Reporting & Communication
ā¢ Provide shift handover updates to senior management.
ā¢ Report any incidents, equipment issues, or guest feedback.
