Job Type: Full Time Clinic Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Doctor during chiropractic and physical rehabilitation treatments
- Communicate with and assist patients (scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling emails)
- Reception duties and clinic daily operations
- Manage invoices and payments at the clinic
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic at all times
- Participate in corporate events when required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Welcoming and friendly staff member
- Previous customer service experience
- Proactive team player
- Confident and fluent in English and mandarin
- Computer literacy
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual
- Willingness to learn and grow within a clinical environment
- Weekend availability required
Working Hours:
- 5 workdays (4 weekdays & 1 weekend)
- Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 2:00pm, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
