Job Summary:
Love meeting new people and being part of a lively team? We’re looking for enthusiastic part-time crew members to help serve great food and smiles. The Flexi Part-Time Service Crew is responsible for taking customers' orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items. They are also in charge of preparing and serving food/beverages to customers while also performing cashiering duties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome guest in a warm and friendly manner.
- To provide excellent customer service to guest in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
- Upsell promotional items.
- Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs.
- Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance duties.
- Work together with other team members to provide good quality service.
- Assist in dishwashing duties as and when required.
- Execute any other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
Skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Good command of spoken English
Education
- Min. GCE "N"/"O" Level, customer service certificate or any related fields.
Experience
- No experience/ At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or relevant experience in F&B.
- Pleasant, friendly, and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to commit min. of 4 days (including 1 weekend)/ 20 hours per week for at least 6 months.
