Flexible Working Hours:
- Shift Window: Between 10:30 AM – 2:30 AM (includes 45-90-min break).
- Weekly: 35–60 hours | 4 to 6 days per week | 7 to 10 hours per day.
- Overtime: Paid for hours beyond 44/week (Singapore Employment Act).
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Execute opening/closing procedures for a smooth workflow.
- Food Prep: Assemble orders accurately following kitchen standards.
- Safety: Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment (Health/Safety compliance).
- Equipment: Operate deep fryers, water boilers, and induction cooktops.
Requirements
- Mindset: Energetic team player who thrives in fast-paced settings.
- Attitude: Proactive multitasker; no experience required (full training provided).
- Certs: Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
