- No experience is required and training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately at the cashier and self-service kiosks
- Prepare meals following MOS quality and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, including taking out trash and cleaning surfaces
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle customer feedback or concerns with care and professionalism
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Job Specification
- No experience needed, we’re happy to train you!
- Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus, but not required
- Some knowledge of the F&B industry is helpful
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
