Your role will involve posting job ads, filtering applications, reaching out to suitable candidates, and coordinating interviews — with a strong focus on building good candidate relationships and securing interview attendance.
You’ll work closely with the team, learn through hands-on guidance, and play an important part in shaping a candidate’s first impression of our company. We’re also a social and energetic team that enjoys spending time together beyond work. With team bonding activities every couple of months and regular opportunities to interact outside the office, we’d love someone who enjoys being around people, having fun, and being part of a lively team environment.
We’re looking for just 1 person to take on this role and become part of the team behind our recruitment journey. If you’re outgoing, organised, proactive, and enjoy speaking with different personalities, this could be a good fit.
