Temp Staff (Customer Service Assistant)
Location: Bidadari
Working Hours: 42 Hours/ Week (4 Weekday + 1 Weekend)
Shift Hours: 9am - 6:30pm OR 12:30pm - 10pm
Pay Rate: Up to $2,500/ Month
Contract Duration: Immediate - 1 Sept 2027
Job scope:
- Manage customer care counter operations and respond to residents' enquiries professionally.
- Handle counter transactions, documentation, and record keeping.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of community events.
- Perform additional administrative duties assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain an organized service counter and uphold customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, additional language skills are an advantage.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure.
- Good administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
