Finance & AR Executive (P1)
S$3000 - 4000 / sebulan
- Up to SGD $4,000/month
- Exposure to AR, Payroll, CPF & GST
- Full-time, Permanent position
Role Overview
We're looking for a Finance Executive to manage daily AR activities while supporting payroll, statutory submissions, reporting, and general finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AR portfolio, collections, and customer Aging Reports
- Record payments and perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare sales and outstanding receivables reports
- Handle Credit Notes, customer refunds, and rebate calculations
- Process monthly payroll for Apex and Asia companies
- Submit monthly CPF contributions and quarterly GST returns
- Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations on account-related matters
- Maintain financial records and supporting documents for audits
- Respond to customer payment and reconciliation enquiries
- Support other finance and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of AR or Finance experience preferred
- Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bank reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
